No complaints whatsoever, The host/ receptionist and all the staff were exceptionally kind and gave us amazing service. Very friendly and chatty staff who made us feel very welcomed from the start to end. Breakfast was decent with pastry’s, fruit, cereal, juices, hot drinks and a buffet full English. The room was nice however no fridge. They had hot drinks in the room and an iron and ironing board. Spotless room and amazing air con/ heater. Showers were a bit underpowered however all still worked fine. Overall great place to stay and would definitely come back again.

Whilst I didn't stay at the hotel, I delivered a First Aid Training course this week on behalf of CST Training. The room was very spacious allowing ample of room for both the practical and theory learning to take place with ease. I would like to say a special thank you to Ahmed, Andrew and Leon who were all extremely helpful on my arrival at the venue and throughout my course. My Learners also passed compliments in regard to the lunch they ate at the hotel and the quality of the venue. I look forward to delivering courses with you in the future.

Booked this for a couple nights away round London, we stayed in a superior king room and can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean, the bed was perfect for me and my partner, the breakfast was lovely and the service from staff was amazing! Andrew on the front desk was so helpful and kind! If you don't mind a 10 minute walk to a tube station and 20 minute trip to central London the location is great, and best of all it's free parking for guests! Value for money ✅️ Friendly staff ✅️ Great food ✅️ Will be recommending to friends and family for trips to London.

I recently stayed at the Bridge Hotel, and I must say the service was outstanding. We experienced an issue with the heater in our room, and since my father was feeling cold, we reached out for assistance. Anthony, a staff member, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He quickly arranged for us to change rooms, ensuring my father’s comfort and our peace of mind. His friendly and attentive approach made us feel truly cared for. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend staying at the Bridge Hotel if you’re looking for a place where your needs are respected and taken care of.
