Really gorgeous delicious fish.. traditional with batter, grilled or steamed with several dressings..opted for grilled cod with tartar sauce ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ yummy truly.. restaurant is small intimate and cozy prices are very reasonable but no wine 😞 take your own but with or without a definite YES 👍
Had a lovely time! Ordered the normal cod but they have a lot of options. Everything is made fresh as well. The portion was huge and I didn’t get a large, I had trouble finishing it. Nothing comes with it aside from fries— would have been nice if there was tartar sauce or mushy peas included (but you can order it as an additional side). Definitely explore the other options and dishes! I will absolutely go back and have a halal sausage!
We had a lovely experience! The fish was perfectly cooked and the staff are absolutely wonderful! If you want an authentic fish and chips experience in London then look no further!
This is my favourite chippy in London by far. The portions are generous and the staff are friendly and charismatic. The fish is tender and flavourful, and the batter is crisp and flaky. The menu has a lot of variety of fish, dips and additions, and the option of sweet-potato chips is a nice extra that sets them apart from other chippies. I definitely recommend them. You can also ask to get your fish grilled or steamed instead of deep-fried if you are health conscious.
GREAT LUNCH TIME DEAL and delicious food. COD & chips for £11.95. My fiancé and I took one bite in and immediately nodded: very fresh and light crispy batter. One of the best fish and chips I’ve had and won’t regret. Portion is huge and the price was a great deal. Very satisfied.
