I just wanted to take a moment to thank Winston for his prompt assistance on Saturday 04/01/25 When the original room allocated for our prayer meeting wasn’t ready, he stepped in quickly and ensured we got a new room. His help made a big difference, and I truly appreciate his support and professionalism. Nothing is too much for Winston to do. Very approachable and understanding man! Thanks once again!!

We had the opportunity to spend a few days for family vocations. It was everything pretty and we had really good time. The rooms was very comfortable, clean and give the feeling of a luxury hotel. The breakfast was really nice with classic choices. The staff was helpful with kindness, especially Divya. She assist us during breakfast and explain us the menu. The restaurant had two interesting plates for me. The one that I ordered, fish with french fries and the other one that I didn't try and for sure will order it next time. It was the burger!

Location is just right from where we are going. The Hotel is stunning, very clean and the staff are very friendly especially Aisling great service from her highly recommended!!!! Our room is nice, good size and clean. We did find it slightly on the dark side as one of the tall lamps didn’t work and unfortunately no natural light as we have a brick wall outside our window. No big problem, and it didn’t impact our stay.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in London and the service at the Crown outshines them all, its an older hotel, but it's very clean and the rooms are a good size. The rooms have total blackout and are very quiet. But it's the staff that make this hotel special, every single member of staff from the cleaners to the reception staff to the bar staff are very friendly, professional and understand good service. Extra special thanks to staff in the breakfast room, they are exceptional. I had to stay in north London due to a funeral, but I think on my next business trip I would stay here over a hotel in Park Lane and just Uber in and out. Well done to the manager, you are running a very tight ship.
