At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

Sherry changed our open vent system to a combi boiler system, throughout the job he encountered a number of inherent issues and was quick to offer a solution and still managed to get the job done within the timescale quoted. I would highly recommend his services!

Simple job, could do it myself but it would take much longer and no doubt require tools and parts I don’t have. Sherry turned up, got on his knees reaching pipes my hands would not. Resolved the blockage (coin battery) and then replace the mixer tap - all in all a nice simple job, made to look even easier. Cheers Sherry

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent (and fairly priced) service.

I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues. Dean got to me on time and was presentable, friendly and helpful. I had two toilets which wouldn't stop flushing. It turned out that parts for both were discontinued, despite not being very old. Dean came up with alternatives. One toilet ended up being an easy fix, the other had to come out for a part to be replaced. He was calm and professional, advising me every step of the way what he was doing and seeking my consent for proceeding. He also kept me informed as to cost. He worked carefully, with respect for my home and successfully fixed both toilets. I would definitely use him again.

I first met Dean 10 years ago when he installed a new boiler in my old home. He went on to replace all the radiators, and carried out annual boiler servicing too. He contnued with the annual service when I moved to a new home 3 years ago. Just last week, he replaced radiators in my current home too. Our soil stack pipe needed replacing and we found Dean after doing some research online and looking at his excellent reviews. From start to finish Dean was friendly, reliable and professional. Had my boiler serviced with acorn. Just before they were due to visit my boiler broke down. They diagnosed the faults and replaced some parts and came back at a later date to complete the service. Good value for money. Engineers are friendly and respectful of my property. Would definitely use them again.
