Needed a new gearbox for the multi locking door, as the mechanism failed causing the hooks to fall out on their own. Took the part in, they had a replacement in stock, fitted it when I got home and now the door works perfect, thanks!

My front door decided to go AWOL - a UPVC multi-point which fortunately decided to fail in the closed position. Fortunately also we still had use of the back door so not an emergency. However, trying to find someone to come round and sort it was a bit of a challenge. One firm simply did not return my calls/emails (3 attempts made) Another was stacked out with work for a whole month (nice problem to have). Martin Leadbeater was recommended by a friend, was able to come round within a day or two and arrived promptly at the agreed time. Opened, repaired and adjusted the door; worked in a clean and tidy manner. All good - very satisfied :-) Recommended.

We were very grateful for Martin’s quick and efficient service when our front door was jammed shut by a failure of its mechanism. He attended within a few hours of my initial call and we were very impressed by his expertise in repairing the complicated mechanism of the door. Thank you.

Oddly, our front door decided to stop working but when we were inside thank fully. Emailed the site at the weekend and received a call on Monday from them. So great communications and very nice to deal with. Tick :) They booked in for Wednesday which was the first day I could manage and fixed it there and then in about 40 minutes. (in the rain) Fantastic overall experience and a very friendly company to deal with :) Well Done Martin Leadbeater!!!
