Really happy with the service provided by Dave at Rockhopper Locks. His communication was great, he was friendly and polite, he was on time and he diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. Parts had to be ordered but these arrived the next day and he came straight away to fit them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

Excellent service! I had my car key stolen along with my bag and called Dom to ask if he’d be able to make me a new key so I could get in my car and drive it home from the train station. He had sorted it the next morning. Really nice guy and I’m really grateful.

If I could give more stars I would. Dom is extremely professional and kind. Was quoted a price within seconds and within a matter of an hour he was at my home working on the new key. Prices you would not find anywhere else. The key itself is amazing quality, thoroughly checked to make sure it worked and lovely to chat with. Would 100% recommend and trust.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I've been told my mercedes C class ignition needs changing. After I spoke to Dom and I explained to him the car doesn't start he said needs to check it first might be something else . He came in within 1hour and he was right the ignition didn't need changing. He Solved the problem. honest man I was very happy with his above and beyond service.

Came to repair the lock on the front door and was extremely helpful. Initially came out on the same day, needed to order some parts and got the work done really quickly on the return visit and at a very fair price. Would recommend.

Darren arrived on time and was very positive and professional in his work. When he found an issue that could have meant a return visit with another charge, he problem solved and found another solution instead. Darren was contactable prior to his visit, was clean and tidy during and explained what he was doing and why. We had a positive experience.

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Simon from Adaptlocks was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in mending our broken front door lock and ordering a replacement mechanism. We have ended up with a much smoother lock than the door originally came with and would happily recommend Simon for his work and use him again.

Simon really saved us today. We had been calling around for locksmiths late Saturday night and got quite a few offers that we thought were very sketchy. I moved house on Friday and Simon was on call to come and change my locks as soon as I had arrived. He was there shortly after I phoned him and did a brilliant job. He noticed a couple of things that needed fixing. He ordered the parts and came back within days and sorted them out. As a widow on my own security is very important and Simon has left me feeling very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend him .

Wayne advised us on extra security for our door and recommended a British Standard 5 lever mortice lock. He carried out the work in a very professional manner at reasonable cost. We are happy to write a positive review for Lock-Solutions and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again, if needed. Our back door wouldn’t open because the handle was jamming. We wanted a locksmith from the local area, preferring someone running their own business and found Lock-Solutions. We liked the professional look of the website and noted the five star reviews and no call-out charge. On phoning the company, we got an immediate response from Wayne, sent him photos of the door lock and got a verbal quote a short time later. Although the problem wasn’t particularly urgent, Wayne came the same afternoon, which meant he worked through until early evening last Friday. Wayne is friendly and professional and we felt confident in his expertise. He identified the problem, replaced the lock mechanism and the door now works better than it has ever done.

I phoned lock solutions to fix the broken lock on our back patio doors. They were able to come really quickly to our house in Woodley to look at it. He didn't have the exact lock in his van but had a temporary fix at no extra cost, whilst the new lock came in. This was much appreciated as it meant we could leave the house safely!
