Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. Recently moved into new house, and had booked Chris to come and swap out the locks. Chris was in touch before hand on email so we could plan and schedule work to do. He arrived promptly and immediately got on with things. Not only did Chris change the locks but re-aligned several doors, and advised us on general door/lock related issues. Chris was really good local Tradesman. Booking him to come back and sort out some window latches. Fantastic service. Price was as agreed, no surprises.
