Mentor Lock has been excellent. I have an elderly aunt who had lost the only key to a cupboard with the electricity/gas meters. Communication to set up a date to replace the lock was very quick. On the agreed day, Lee telephoned about 15-30 minutes before the arrival of the locksmith to make sure everything was still ok. Locksmith, Andy, arrived on time and completed the work really quickly. Payment over the phone was easy, with a receipt sent straight away by email. Lee and Andy were lovely. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely fantastic service! The owner went above and beyond, spending a lot of time researching to find the right key code (not sure of the technical term here!), for a very old and quite problematic key, so a challenge, but I now have a new copy and it works perfectly. Previously, I had already tried for 4 months to get this sorted with other key cutters with no luck, so I was very lucky to find this shop. We had a couple of locks that were a bit stiff and temperamental. Regan attended in a very short time and sorted them out beautifully. His skill and attention to detail is second to none - as well as being a thoroughly nice bloke! Top marks and thank you.

Was in a bit of a bind with my patio doors, called in the morning and left a message and had a call back within an hour and they had a top notch tech Regan at my house by late afternoon and worked into the evening to repair my patio doors. I was provided a brilliant service by this company. I managed to lock myself out of my flat as I’d (stupidly) left my keys indoors. Knox Locks were at my place and sorted the problem out within 45 minutes of my initial call to them. Which I thought was superb. Regan was very professional, incredibly quick to sort the problem out, and I was over the moon to get access again so sharply. I can highly recommend this service - it was great and saved the day!
