I sent them a video of the lock with the issue and they were able to provide a quote immediately. They communicated well, are helpful and their prices are reasonable. Completely different experience from the first locksmith I tried who was extremely rude, refused to provide an upfront quote and who then tried to fleece me for the same replacement part saying it cost 10x more
