Great experience. We needed a call-out at 10pm and they arrived within 20 minutes to help us. Our lock was broken and we could not open the door - they tried a number of non-destructive methods to avoid damage to the door instead of reverting immediately to a destructive option. They quickly solved the problem within 15 minutes and highlighted that the latch was indeed faulty. I cannot praise them highly enough. £150 for the call-out.
