Very willing but arrived without the 30 minutes notice. Didn't have the piece our lock required so arranged to call back the following day. Their repairer arrived the following day, without prior notification again, they did have the piece we required but not the correct colour. We accepted it though. Nice chaps, it did resolve the problems in the end albeit not quite what we were after.

Very quick. Engineer friendly told me exactly what was happening & kept me informed of what he was doing. He was not beaten by the problems & managed to sort it out eventually would recommend them

We had to install several new office locks, and fix our main entry door that banged shut because the stalling seal/arm had eroded/aged. Steve is personable, and hard-working. BM Security are reliable, professional, prompt with communication, friendly, punctual, and good value for money. Always do a good job and explain everything in detail. Would highly recommend!

Company responded rapidly, came to my house within an hour of my phone call and had the mechanical fault of the door fixed. Very pleased with the company. Two years later, company replaced all 17 of my the window locks and did so professionally and very quickly with same day visit to determine how to fix the problem, and two days later with all locks required.
