Excellent service. James was kind enough to respond to my email on Boxing Day. As the issue was not as urgent as I initially feared (I got the door shut!), James came and fixed my dodgy lock a couple of days later. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, he explained the issue and the fix. Highly recommended.

James recently completed the locks of our new house (June 2024). He was great to deal with both in terms communication, advice and quotes/pricing - James also offered to do a drive-by of the house we we're due to complete on to provide a more accurate quotation.
