Managed to lock myself out the house! Gave Kevin a call, and he was with me within 30 minutes and I was back in within minutes without any damage to the door or lock. Very professional and responsive. He is also Surry trading standard approved, so give Kevin a call if you need a locksmith.

Contacted Kevin after breaking a door lock on a Thursday night. He came Friday lunchtime, quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted a new lock on the spot. Great communication, fair price and would definitely use him again.

Popped in to get a couple of keys cut and a trophy too. Despite it being really busy for a Wednesday morning at 10am, the lad in there was polite, helpful and pretty quick! Keys were cut there and then and the trophy was engraved within 20 minutes (which gave me an excuse to get a coffee!). Definitely recommend this place

Stupidly left my keys indoors today and was stuck outside with my missus and my newborn baby. I called the number for Swift, and got through to a gentleman who provided me an ETA of 30-45 minutes. Within 2-3 minutes later, I got a call from a mobile (the locksmith himself), stating he was 2 mins away. He was able to open the door due to it not being double-locked, using a mere metal rod. No damage to the door, or the lock. Between me picking up the phone and being back in my home, it took about 20 minutes - perhaps just got lucky, but incredible service in my opinion! Didn’t catch the locksmith’s name (unfortunately), but I believe he may have been Eastern European, guy was a true professional! Would recommend!!!

Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Called this company due to the great reviews and John fitted us in at such short notice. Had the exact replacement handle on his van and completed the job really quickly and efficiently at the costs he had advised up front Would highly recommend !

Great experience. We needed a call-out at 10pm and they arrived within 20 minutes to help us. Our lock was broken and we could not open the door - they tried a number of non-destructive methods to avoid damage to the door instead of reverting immediately to a destructive option. They quickly solved the problem within 15 minutes and highlighted that the latch was indeed faulty. I cannot praise them highly enough. £150 for the call-out.

I lost my car keys on the beach and didn't have a spare. Phoned up, and very quickly FSL and I confirmed a date and a time that worked for me for them to come round. The man who came, Cameron, was so helpful as he answered any questions I had and the person who was on the other end of the phone call was so kind and reassuring!

The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered! Really happy with the service provided by Dave at Rockhopper Locks. His communication was great, he was friendly and polite, he was on time and he diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. Parts had to be ordered but these arrived the next day and he came straight away to fit them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
