Our front door had moved in the frame and wasn't locking any more. Rob came out same day having provided a quote over the phone. Repair really didn't take long and he cleaned up after the job too, he explained exactly what had gone wrong and how he fixed it too. Would highly recommend.

Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

I needed to locks changed on a property in Epsom urgently. So I called John at about- turn locks in Epsom. One lock I had a key for & the other lock I didn’t have a key. John turned up the same day & on time. He carried out changing the two locks to make the property secure. John was very clear clear on the cost & charged me what he had agreed before hand. We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. Update 10th November. Jamie contacted me to apologise and offer a refund for the fees paid. He stated that he was unwell and had been subcontracting to a third party which resulted in the original 1 star review experience. I appreciated the follow up customer service and apology so have revised appropriately. Original review: Doubtful Jamie exists but certainly good marketing to appear local! Nearly got away with £350 to gain access to our flat with a smart lock (night latch based) system.. thankfully lock burst into life at the last moment so just paid the call out fee. Seems to be part of a larger nationwide scam.
