Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Update 10th November. Jamie contacted me to apologise and offer a refund for the fees paid. He stated that he was unwell and had been subcontracting to a third party which resulted in the original 1 star review experience. I appreciated the follow up customer service and apology so have revised appropriately. Original review: Doubtful Jamie exists but certainly good marketing to appear local! Nearly got away with £350 to gain access to our flat with a smart lock (night latch based) system.. thankfully lock burst into life at the last moment so just paid the call out fee. Seems to be part of a larger nationwide scam.
