I was so impressed with SMS Locksmith when I lost my keys (dropped down our lift shaft 🤦‍♀️) this morning. I was panicking as I had a train to catch in order to go and visit a sick family member but they got Mihai to call me back very quickly and he arrived to help me within 40 minutes (quicker than I’d expected given it was rush hour). He was so kind and friendly as well as being very efficient and professional in drilling out the old lock and replacing it. I called them around 8:10am and was back inside my flat with a new lock and keys in under an hour. They charged £210 for the whole job which Mihai told me up front and I thought was totally reasonable for the parts and labour - I was expecting it to be twice that much given some of the horror stories I’ve heard from friends about paying through the nose for emergency locksmith call-outs in London. I wouldn’t hesitate to call SMS Locksmith again if I ever lock myself out in future and as many other reviews have said Mihai is an absolute star!

How super to come across such a professional company. Mihai who visited to mend our broken lock and handle was an excellent ambassador for this company. With in an hour they were with me. Charming Mihai fixed our lock and on his way out improved our stiff front door lock without even me asking. I cannot recommend SMS more highly

Best Locksmith I’ve encountered. He was professional, kind, and honest. My locksmith before tried to scam me for more payment because he knew I was in a tight position. He went straight for the job and didn’t ask for more, even when I wanted to give him a handsome tip for his work. He deserves a raise

We are very satisfied with the service we received from Mihai and his apprentice. Called them up in the morning to update two of our locks and by 3pm we had both our locks changed. They were professional, polite, honest, fast, respectful and friendly. Highly recommended!
