10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. Great service.

I had a key bolt that wouldn’t unlock and key was stuck inside lock. I rang Lucian to arrange a time for him to come around and fix it, he was on time and drilled out the broken lock. Had a replacement in his van and fitted it, in no time! Great service! Would definitely use again 👍

Great service! Had both door locks of my new home changed last week. He Adjusted my back door and fixed the handles too . All on the same day which was very convenient. Price was fair in my opinion as we ask for higher grade security locks. Highly recommend! Thank you very much

My partner and I bought our first property and hired Lucian to replace the locks. He was absolutely fantastic, not only did he replace all the locks quickly and perfectly (despite there being many more locks than we originally thought) but he fixed mistakes that the previous owners had made when installing their locks and then, for good measure, fixed the front gate! Dan has helped me out a few times now and I cannot recommend him highly enough. When my door wouldn’t open, he came over the same day to figure out what was wrong and got it sorted really quickly. He’s friendly yet professional, and always explains clearly what’s wrong and how he can fix it. I’m really grateful to have found Dan and will use him for all lock/door issues in the future.

Fantastic service from Dan. He installed new locks, CCTV and an electronic cat flap with bespoke/adjustable steps on our house. Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

I needed to locks changed on a property in Epsom urgently. So I called John at about- turn locks in Epsom. One lock I had a key for & the other lock I didn’t have a key. John turned up the same day & on time. He carried out changing the two locks to make the property secure. John was very clear clear on the cost & charged me what he had agreed before hand. We contacted John about a broken uPVC door lock and 15 minutes later he was with us getting it fixed! He quoted us an extremely reasonable price (we'd previously been quoted well over double what he charged us), got the job done swiftly and was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on top. Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Called this company due to the great reviews and John fitted us in at such short notice. Really happy with the service provided by Dave at Rockhopper Locks. His communication was great, he was friendly and polite, he was on time and he diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. Parts had to be ordered but these arrived the next day and he came straight away to fit them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Dave arrived very promptly- within 20 minutes. He had all the best tools with him and I was in the house within 5 mins. Very professional service.
