David responded quickly ,positively and with a friendly manner to my request for help with a jammed lock. He is not just a good locksmith but a carpenter too as he also rectified the problem with the door.All in all, very good service and I would highly recommend him.

Great experience. Front door lock had given up, and I was locked out. Mark was fortunately nearby (I contacted Murray through WhatsApp not expecting such a speedy emergency response), entry gained without damage and lock replaced in half an hour - 45 mins from first getting in contact (especially appreciated as I’d been let down by, and had given up on, an insurance-arranged repair from another firm). Great care, no clean-up needed or damage. Really good value too. Would absolutely recommend and will certainly as for their help again.

Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

Amazing Job! Tony was at the job site within half an hour on a Sunday morning! The key was not turning in the lock so I could not get into the property. I run a handyman business, and Guildford Lock & Safe are always, always, my first port of call. They've almost always got a perfect replacement for whatever random old defunct lock I bring in, and they're great at mending things when they can. Roger is incredibly patient, and generous with his time and advice. Also, from a homeowner perspective: I had two successive sets of front door keys cut by Timpsons (Roger, forgive me) and both sets failed within a few months. One of them snapped off in the lock. After that, I had my keys cut at Guildford Lock & Safe, and the difference in quality is tangible. The first set from them is still going strong, and cost less than Timpsons! We're very lucky to have a local business like this with such experienced and capable staff. Keep up the good work!
