Prompt and efficient service from Brian (whose number I found in Action Forum) got a stuck door open again and a replacement for the faulty lock fitted in short order. Thanks.
I called Brian about a UPVC back door lock that had stopped working and wouldn't lock. Brian fitted me in, in-between other jobs, arrived within the hour and had the job done and completed with the door fitted with a new locking system within 15 minutes ! A fantastic service and one I would highly recommend.
Came back from holiday and the barrell was faulty and door not locking from inside rang Brian and fitted us in same day in-between jobs. Quick professional and fair price even cut extra keys for all the family. Would highly recommend Thank you 😊
Can't fault Brian and Taurus Locks. Very clear on potential cost of job before arriving, carried out work unlocking a jammed door very efficiently. Even helped with another lock replacement and for a very fair price. If only all tradesman were as trust worthy. Highly reccomend.
