The entire experience from my initial call to the payment was slick, professional and effortless. Could not fault a single thing.
This was a bizarre case on my part, as I reported that my back door lock was broken, but I had merely been using the wrong key. I paid the Call Out charge, but the Locksmith took the trouble to do some repair work on the door itself anyway that he had noticed was faulty - you really cannot ask for more than that! Am a very grateful customer.
