He even noticed when walking away that the door needed some effort to close and came back to make sure that the new lock he’d fitted was sitting well which we didn’t expect at all. Excellent, fast service. I was locked out after being out with the family, and within 15 minutes the locksmith arrived (bearing in mind it was 10 PM). I was advised every step of the way about what was happening. The lock was changed, leaving it safe and secure with no damage.
