Fantastic service, arrived quickly, very friendly and polite and had the job done in 10 mins, so very much appreciated and would definitely recommend.

Stupidly left my keys indoors today and was stuck outside with my missus and my newborn baby. I called the number for Swift, and got through to a gentleman who provided me an ETA of 30-45 minutes. Within 2-3 minutes later, I got a call from a mobile (the locksmith himself), stating he was 2 mins away. He was able to open the door due to it not being double-locked, using a mere metal rod. No damage to the door, or the lock. Between me picking up the phone and being back in my home, it took about 20 minutes - perhaps just got lucky, but incredible service in my opinion! Didn’t catch the locksmith’s name (unfortunately), but I believe he may have been Eastern European, guy was a true professional! Would recommend!!!

We needed our UPVc back doo locks fixing and another door which wasn’t closing well. I called on a Sunday and they had availability on the Monday! The work was done promptly and proficiently. Highly recommend, polite and knowledgeable:-)

A huge thank you to Jay who came and helped me into my house today after I was locked out. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and didn’t fleece me due to it being an emergency. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. We are now all sorted with a like for like lock! Phew!

Rob has carried out work for us a couple of times over the last few weeks. Super polite. Arrived promptly, and changed all our locks as promised. Would definitely recommend him and use again!
