I visited 'While You Wait' to get my boots repaired because the zipper was broken, and the heels needed replacement. The cobbler quickly and skillfully fixed both issues and even gave them a good shine. I am very pleased with the results, the fair price, the friendly service, and I totally recommend their services. I'm so glad that I can wear my beloved boots again!

Had my pair of boots repaired here today as the soles had cracks in them. The boots were delivered to him before 3pm but collected by 5pm, and he had jobs in queue in front of us. The soles were replaced and now my old boots look solid again, good as new with new soles. Brilliant, fast, and professional service. He knows what he is doing and is great at it. Highly recommend as he provides high quality work and excellent value for money.

Amazing experience with a wonderful cobbler!! I had been apprehensive in finding a cobbler for my vintage shoes, but Warren had them resoled and reheeled very nicely! I also had another pair stretched for a very decent price, would highly recommend
