Contacted Mark on a Sunday. Said he would be an hour and was there in 20mins. Setting aside his Sunday plans to help me get into the house I’d been locked out of. Prices very very reasonable. Would 100% recommend and use again. Top service. Thanks Mark

He saved the day on Boxing Day. We rushed to get out, closed the door and realised we had left the keys inside. We had a 2 year old and 4 month old in the car. I called this number which was answered straight away and he was with us within minutes. He got us inside very quickly with no damage to the door. Such an outstanding service for a very decent price. He didn’t even charge us extra as it’s Boxing Day. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. We are very grateful!

Mark came out immediately removing broken lock and fitting replacement. He also looked at a door I had slight concerns about and adjusted at no extra charge. He put my mind at ease. He is extremely courteous and hard working. I would recommend his services wholeheartedly.

We had a great experience with Adam at Instalock after my parents were significantly overcharged by a rogue locksmith. I reached out for a quote to confirm the payment was too high, in hopes to use this to help recover some of the money they were unfairly charged. Literally saved the day! After calling 17 locksmiths ( supposedly local) and having 3 tell me they were on there way and not turn up after an hour and a half , called instalock and was quoted straight away and he arrived in 20 minutes and had us in the house without drilling or replacing locks in 15 minutes!
