I needed advice on an issue with the lock on my front door. I received excellent service from Paul! He was very genuine, and took that extra step to ensure that I fully understood what would be the best way to move forward, which is really reassuring. I will be using his services in the future!

Christmas day, you leave the house with the key left in the lock on the inside. I tried using another key from the outside to push through and then lock the door, nope, it didn't work!!!!!!! We left for a booked Christmas Dinner that had been paid for! After a few minutes on the road, I asked Google for the nearest locksmith. Google gave me PJ Locksmiths. I called and explained the situation, but I wouldn't be back until 8 in the evening and we agreed a price (Remember it was Christmas Day) 8 in the evening, I had arrived at 7.50 and at 8.00 the Locksmith arrived, job done in a few seconds (he had explained how quickly the job would take) Job done, fee paid quick chat. Wow! What service. Polite and efficient! I would recommend PJ Locksmiths with a rating of: 5 STARS

Had to call Paul out early morning when I locked myself out! He arrived not too long after and it literally took him less than 2 minutes to open my door so i was able to get to dialysis in reasonable time. Thanks Paul (life saver!) 😁

We had a great experience with Adam at Instalock after my parents were significantly overcharged by a rogue locksmith. I reached out for a quote to confirm the payment was too high, in hopes to use this to help recover some of the money they were unfairly charged.
