I highly recommend Mark, his services were prompt, professional and he described all aspects of his work and went the extra mile to adjust our door in addition to the work we requested. He even gave our dog some treats. The overall service was outstanding! and very reasonable priced.

Mark came out immediately removing broken lock and fitting replacement. He also looked at a door I had slight concerns about and adjusted at no extra charge. He put my mind at ease. He is extremely courteous and hard working. I would recommend his services wholeheartedly.

He saved the day on Boxing Day. We rushed to get out, closed the door and realised we had left the keys inside. We had a 2 year old and 4 month old in the car. I called this number which was answered straight away and he was with us within minutes. He got us inside very quickly with no damage to the door. Such an outstanding service for a very decent price. He didn’t even charge us extra as it’s Boxing Day. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. We are very grateful!
