Obviously a very experienced guy who had me back on the road within an hour or arrival. Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. Got in touch very quickly, arrived within 45mins as stated and managed to produce a replacement car key in about the same time. Life is now back on track as a result of a quick service. Very polite and professional. Not intending to lose a key ever again but would use the service again if I did.

EC1 Locksmiths were very helpful and professional, they went the extra mile to sort out my lock and Mace provided a great service! I had previously been scammed in an emergency situation and they confirmed this & were very helpful in whatever way they could. Having gone through this, I’d say beware of the top results on Google (even if the website looks legit) and go with a company like this or similar!

Highly recommend!!! Perfect work on motorcycle chip key duplication. I tried no less than 10 locksmiths, including many who claim to be able to copy car keys, but only this one succeeded in duplicating my motorcycle key. He has advanced key duplication machines and extensive experience, and will test with other keys before officially cutting the key to ensure that your raw key will not be destroyed. Copy the chips is also fast. He also has many raw chips keys , and they are much cheaper than the original raw keys I bought on ebay. He arrived on time and was very nice and friendly.

Steve was excellent . Assess the video and photos and committed to come to site to fix a new lock. True to form arrived and install the lock and at a fixed price which was reasonable . I would use them again for sure

Was sceptical at first as you have to pay before they can come out but after speaking with them on the phone i was assured that they were a trusted company. They were here within 20 minutes after completing the payment and Mace did an excellent job of repairing the door handle and lock. Great service with a competitive price. Highly recommended

Great company! They replied promptly both on the phone and whatsapp. Even if wasn’t an emergency they came out on the same day which is also on a Saturday. Mase has been fantastic, he removed his shoes before coming in and he has been extremely professional and precise. He had to change a lock that wasn’t working and he promptly replaced it with a high quality one. He also filled and retouch any little snagged to the door. He provided two keys a with the locks and told me that of their 6 months warranty period which is a piece of mind. He also took the time to make some adjustments in the other lock that was working but that needed a little tweaking and he has even added a plate in the other lock to match the other one all included in the original price! Five stars because I can’t give more!

I was recommended this company by a friend and they did not disappoint. I have recently moved house and needed all my locks changed. From the beginning to the end all team members that attended my property were extremely professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. There were a few technical issues which their expertise and experience helped solve. Communication throughout the installation was excellent as it was a big job that required a number of visits and everything was sorted out promptly. A specific mention regarding Marlon and his team. I could not recommend ASL Security Locks more! The service I received was nothing short of exceptional. After having another company give me a lead time of 6 days, ASL were able to get out and provide and fit a new door the very next morning, having spoken late in the day. I needed a brand new door after having the old one knocked in. John reassured me this would be no problem and completed as soon as possible. The master craftsman Henry, who came the next morning to do the work, was also exceptional – a true expert. This was not the easiest job on the top floor of the building, but sensing how vital it was, it was completed that day. He found a way to make it work. He was polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, amazing at his job, a true perfectionist. He completed the job and left us feeling secure again. Amazing work.

After an attempted break-in which badly damaged my front door, I feel I was very fortunate to find ASL (by googling). They very quickly replaced the door with a much stronger one with all required locks, hinge bolts etc and at a price that the insurer’s loss adjusters found to be reasonable. They were very friendly and helpful, as I had absolutely no experience of dealing with a damaged front door. Really appreciated!

Geoff was extremely friendly and efficient at fixing not only our original call-out issue, but a secondary longstanding issue of a broken off key in our MaxLight sliding door. A previous locksmith had told us we would need to completely remove the door to get the key out, but Geoff got it out in no more than a minute! Would definitely use again in the future.
