Excellent customer service, the type that’s hard to find nowadays !
Super helpful and cost-effective! I brought my whole sash lock to the shop this morning thinking it was broken, but the owner showed me which small part to replace, gave me different price/quality options, and gave me detailed instructions on how to install it all. Thank you!
