Steve was ever so helpful! I had an un-lockable front room window which meant an unsecured property. Steve ensured that I received assistance today leaving us with a safe secured home, fixed window and lowered anxiety. Kevin who carried out the actual repair was friendly, diligent, persistent (in locating the problem) and informative. To top it off they were reasonably priced. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.
