Kirsty and Steve were absolutely amazing changing the locks in our new flat. They were quick, explained everything and tried their best to save us some costs. 5 stars are not enough to describe how fantastic they were!

I had a great experience with Fortress, they had to source an part for my lock which is non standard. They kept me in the loop and fitted as soon as it was available. Very happy to recommend them.

We run an accessible running club and the container that we keep all our running bikes in wouldn’t open this morning. Steve came out really quickly and fixed the lock so the kids could use the bikes and didn’t miss their session. Amazing service, quick and friendly. Would highly recommend.
