i was locked out my car 10pm in a petrol station. Called city auto locksmith london and he came immediately, within 30 minutes he was with me and working on accessing the car…. Really impressed by Jim. He came round to identify the problem (knackered ignition barrel) on my old car with parts therefore obviously harder to come by. 24 hours later he had sourced a part and driven to collect it and had fixed the issue for me. Was concerned about who to call after having locked myself out of my flat. Found these guys through a google search - they turned up in about 10/15 minutes and were able to open the door without needing to replace locks etc. Really helped me out, were professional throughout and reasonably priced. Asked for their emergency service as I had locked myself out with low battery on my phone. They arrived within 25 minutes and got in without breaking the lock. Very professional nondestructive entry even with a high security lock.

John came super quickly (under 25 mins), was very friendly and efficient, and got me in immediately and with no damage! The whatsapp service for booking was v quick as well.

Mase and Marlon were a fabulous team working together to fix our front door lock which had become damaged. They reshaped the door which had become stuck and were determined it had to be perfect and not just 99% fixed. Nice to find a local team from the area. Communication and booking was easy. Don’t often do reviews but so impressed with Stelios that I had to! He came to us out-of-hours following a break-in to board up a window. He responded to the message I sent and provided a quote immediately, left (to come to us) as soon as I’d given him the go-ahead and boarded up the window incredibly quickly and efficiently, doing an excellent job of it. His communication and professionalism were faultless (not to mention the fact that he is a really nice guy!), so much so that we then used him to refit the glass and a new handle, again which was done to an excellent standard in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!!! Perfect work on motorcycle chip key duplication. I tried no less than 10 locksmiths, including many who claim to be able to copy car keys, but only this one succeeded in duplicating my motorcycle key. He has advanced key duplication machines and extensive experience, and will test with other keys before officially cutting the key to ensure that your raw key will not be destroyed. Copy the chips is also fast. He also has many raw chips keys , and they are much cheaper than the original raw keys I bought on ebay. He arrived on time and was very nice and friendly.

Brilliant service and very professional A visit was arranged within hours and lock fitted next day. We were given good advice on what was needed and Mark who did the work was efficient and pleasant. Everything was quickly done and dusted and at a very reasonable price. I only wish we had known about them before.

Excellent locksmith: good communication, reliable and undertook excellent work on a tricky broken bathroom lock that had previously been bodged and painted over. The invoice was also clear and allowed for electronic payment. Finally they removed all the old lock parts for proper disposal.

TLDR: Go with London Locks, you won’t regret it. London Locks has a lot of wonderful reviews talking about their; great service, craftsmanship, timeliness to attend jobs, excellent communication skills, accurate quotes and billing, and how they are highly trained and trusted within their profession and members of the Master Locksmiths Association. I agree with all of this and I could write a review detailing how they provided this service for me and more, but what impressed me most about the team was their absolute integrity as a business and commitment to keeping people as safe as possible in their homes. I walked into London Locks to complete what was meant to be a simple errand on my lunch break to get a spare key cut for my front door, after replacing the locks a few months previously with a different locksmith that I found on Google. The team at London Locks took one look at my house keys and knew that the locks on my front door were sub par, and were not the high security and fire safe locks that I had requested to be fitted, and charged a very high price for by a different rouge locksmith. The top lock was a 5 pin rim cylinder, and the bottom lock was a 3 lever deadlock which was only designed for an interior door like a bedroom. Like a lot of people, I had just googled local locksmiths and went with a rouge contractor that seemed reputable and could do the work straight away, and naively paid the price. They knew immediately that I had been scammed by someone who was not skilled at all, known as “49er’s” within the trade for quoting a low initial price, often £49 and dramatically increasing the actual price when they are on the doorstep, breaking the law known as doorstep selling and using a Bait and Switch scam that is unfortunately very common. London Locks gave me quotes for different (actually) high security and fire safe locks along with a door chain, and came to fit a Finfort dual lock set up, with a night latch and deadlock version within a week. I got the version with a thumb turn inside for fire safety. Not only did London Locks do their job as a locksmith as you would expect and fit exceptionally secure locks that are 3 star kitemarked and approved by the police as being pretty much the best, Lloyd also encouraged me to report my original fraudulent locksmith to my bank to try and reclaim some of my money back, and provided me with the evidence and the legal terminology that I needed to do this. They went above and beyond as a team to keep me safe in my home; I don’t have the expertise in locks that they do, and I didn’t realise that I’d been scammed and would have been naively happy, thinking that my home was really secure when it wasn’t. I am beyond grateful.
