I know nothing about locks other than my front door latch was getting tricky to get my key into and the chub was a little tough to turn. I called Legends and within hours I was opening the door to Simon, their sole specialist and I guess you could say the Legend himself. He assessed the situation, gave me a few viable options and then proceeded there and then to replace my cylinder (saving a fortune on the whole thing being replaced) and then threw in a quick grease up of my chub for free. BTW, my cylinder came with 5 keys but I think I was lucky with what Simon had available in that instance. When I came in last night, from being out, I almost had to double check I was at the right house considering how easy the locks were to operate. Excellent service, very friendly and trustworthy. Called Simon as our patio doors were no longer opening - Simon came round within the hour, surveyed the situation and then due to not having the necessary part in stock, ordered the item that evening (after having checked with me on the cost). He was back within a couple of days taking considerable care not to damage our timber patio doors and managed to get the doors open and the new gear box installed (no easy feat considering that scaffold restricted the doors from fully opening) He is an extremely courteous man and takes great care in what he does.
