Really helpful and knowledgable people! They recognised my lock right away and gave me a few options of varying prices to sort the issue (it was a rare one from the 1970s!) Within ten minutes I had a the same lock with shiny new parts and keys. Hopefully it’ll be good for another 50 years!

I can't thank Matt from Dennis Security Centre enough. Whilst at the British GP, in the middle of the night during the worst storm in living memory, he came out of his dwelling with a flashlight to lend a hand. The poor man had to see me in my pants fighting with an awning acting like a sail that was trying to blow 2 people across a large field. He bravely wrestled the awning back into its cover - the only casualty being a lady (who can't be named here to keep her dignity) getting the equivalent of 5 buckets of water dumped on her head at once. WHAT A LEGEND.

This was a job I didn’t realise could even be done. We had to fit a three point lock to a hardwood bifold door which had been incorrectly manufactured without a lock or handle. Matt precisely and neatly (literally, less than 1mm tolerance) routed out the side of the door to fit. Pretty amazing since this is a “one shot” jib and any errors mean a new door. Looks like it was done in a factory and works great. Would totally recommend. Great service in a fairly stressful situation.

It was such a lovely experience! Both the father and his son are very courteous and friendly. The shop owner fixed my jacket’s zipper in a few minutes without any flaws and refused to take money for it! I had to insist, and it ended up as charity money. I had a bad day and this small experience cheered me up. I highly recommend it.

Amazing service, I was locked out of my flat as I forgot my keys inside and he arrived within 35 minutes of my call. My door had a high security lock that was tricky to work with, he suggested opening through the letterbox and even though there was significant distance between the letterbox and the lock, he kept trying until he figured it out to avoid drilling and damaging my existing lock. Mike from East End Locks came to me at an extremely vulnerable time - I had just been discharged from a 5 day hospital stay and I could not get into my flat. After calling he came within 15 minutes, he was also very transparent with the price (which was excellent) and provided me with an insight into what he felt had happened to stop the door from opening, which made perfect sense but I would never have figured that out. He kept me informed the entire time with the process, he was exceptionally determined to open my door and allow me access to my flat. Within 10 minutes he had gained access. He was fast and efficient, but most importantly a genuinely nice and decent human being.
