Amazing service, I was locked out of my flat as I forgot my keys inside and he arrived within 35 minutes of my call. My door had a high security lock that was tricky to work with, he suggested opening through the letterbox and even though there was significant distance between the letterbox and the lock, he kept trying until he figured it out to avoid drilling and damaging my existing lock. Also a great guy with amazing attitude throughout. 100% my go to locksmiths going forward.

They were fabulous! I messaged and arranged for them to come the next day with the price being transparent throughout which is always appreciated. They also were happy to help with an additional spare key that needed to be fixed which was great so I didn’t have to purchase 2 complete new ones. Iliyan was a hero! He came super quickly when we locked ourselves out. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed our lock in no time. Mike from East End Locks came to me at an extremely vulnerable time - I had just been discharged from a 5 day hospital stay and I could not get into my flat. After calling he came within 15 minutes, he was also very transparent with the price (which was excellent) and provided me with an insight into what he felt had happened to stop the door from opening, which made perfect sense but I would never have figured that out. He kept me informed the entire time with the process, he was exceptionally determined to open my door and allow me access to my flat. Within 10 minutes he had gained access. He was fast and efficient, but most importantly a genuinely nice and decent human being. I could Not reccomend this company enough, and I have saved their number in case I am ever in an emergency situation like this again. If you are in stow look no further - mikes your guy! Really helpful shop! They are super helpful and friendly. My mate just bought the iPhone 15 from Apple Store in Westfield, but didn't want to pay £40 for a screen protector so I called this shop and they sorted my mate out for £10 inc. fitting! 100% recommend them! Chose this place as the reviews are so good and they are correct! Went in expecting to pay a lot of money for a new charging port and they told me it just needed a clean which cost £5. Very friendly and quick. On top of that a cool shop to look around and their prices for the products they sell seem very reasonable. An all round 5 star experience

It was such a lovely experience! Both the father and his son are very courteous and friendly. The shop owner fixed my jacket’s zipper in a few minutes without any flaws and refused to take money for it! I had to insist, and it ended up as charity money. I had a bad day and this small experience cheered me up. I highly recommend it.
