Absolutely amazing care from Manuel and the whole team here. They genuinely love animals and would recommend to anyone. My dog has just had surgery for cruciate ligament and all went brilliantly and I cannot fault the follow up after care.

Sorry so late putting review. My 13 year cockerspaniel had 4 lumps removed at a very reasonable price. People at AceVets are caring and show empathy to you and your animal. All great now thanks

What a amazing place, Manuel and Mia was just fab, I phoned in a panic, as my 4 year old Cockerpoo had eaten quite a bit of 85% dark chocholate, half hour ago, Mia booked her in straight away, and Manuel was in Surgery, saw me and took her in straight away, gave her a Iv drip and made her sick She bought up lots of chocolate so let’s pray she’s ok Many thanks team🐾🐾🐾

Arrived with a very nervous dog. But after a cuddle from the vet she was totally calmed. Such a lovely friendly environment. I highly recommend this practice. The receptionist was so helpful too

After a rather bad experience at a different vets in Romford, I moved our two labradors to Ivy Lodge. I have nothing but good things to say, appointments always on time and cheery staff. Recently had my 3 year old lab spayed and couldn't have felt more relaxed with her treatment. Brilliant vets!

Sadly we got to know these guys in the worst circumstances, they did all they could to save our little angel. Who only a few hours earlier was living his normal life. I 100% recommend Wylie, for a wonderful, open and honest service, delivered with real heart and compassion.

I’d like to extend a special thanks to Simone, who has been our vet for several years. His highly professional advices have always helped keep my cat healthy and playful, even at the age of 15.5 years and despite undergoing surgery recently. Additionally, the clinic offers a very honest pricing system, which I deeply appreciate. I’m always happy to pay for their services because the care and dedication they provide are truly priceless. We have been using Wylie Vets at Upminster for almost six years, although I did go there twenty five years ago as well. Every member of staff is friendly and pleasant, and the service is second to none. There is always someone on the end of the phone for a bit of advice, and I have never had a long wait for an appointment. The vets and nurses are kind and caring, as well as being very knowledgeable. We have taken cats and a dog to the practice, from first kitten checks through surgery to sad goodbyes, and we and our pets have always been treated with the utmost compassion and respect. I would recommend this vet without hesitation.

This is a very good veterinary practice staff are friendly and polite. They always make sure your animal is happy and comfortable, my dog is wary with people she doesn't know well, but is happy to go to this vet plus they always offer her a treat. I would throughly recommend tlhem.

We had our cat neutered yesterday and all members were very caring and helpful. The vet called us on the way home and let me ask a bunch of questions and answered each one in detail. Everyone is always polite and welcoming. I feel that I am listened to and never rushed by the vet. The admin team always tries to be accommodating with appointments. My dog has always been seen on the day if I felt he needed to be, which really lowers stress levels when you’re worried about your fur baby.

SUPERB INDEPENDENT VETERINARY PRACTICE. All the staff are professional, caring and kind to both patients and their owners. Diagnosis and treatment is explained in plain English and easy to understand. Very reasonably priced. Good opening hours. Plenty of parking. No hard sell. I would not go anywhere else nowadays.
