First time I paid for a consultation where they took the time to not just listen to the reason my dog was there but actually, well, did a full consultation…! Genuine concern for my dogs welfare over and above what her human (me) could tell them. Their diligence may have saved my dogs life on a completely unrelated discovery just in initial consultation. They care. Truly. I work in the industry and can tell you it’s hard to find a practise motivated by welfare over profit. This is one of those very precious gems. I do not hesitate in my recommendation.

We rang up for an emergency appointment and got one the same day. We were received warmly by the vet, Mike and the Nurse, who examined our cat sensitively and decided to keep her overnight.
Following X rays and examinations the next day, her problems were extensive and life changing and we decided that the best thing for her was to euthanise her. We were really upset but the practise were very kind and supportive and even sent us a sympathy card with her paw , and nose print. Can't thank them all enough, and highly recommend this practise.

We have had great service from Elm Park and Harold Hill the past few years. This has ranged from services such as teeth removal, finding our girl (right) having a stroke 2 years ago and finally being put to rest last week following a rapid health decline. We visited this week for a cracked nail to be removed forour boy and librela injections and had a good experience. I have found the prices very reasonable and they are available for short notice appointments. We were booked in for a double slot for the weekend to put our girl to rest but things drastically changed and they were able to accommodate the same day we rang to request final goodbyes. We did arrive within the hour and the vet (who wasnt the usual vet) was extremely kind and compassionate. My feedback would be there was a little bit of back and forth with medication or equipment missing and entering/ leaving the room.. in a tight space whilst we were quite emotional so my only suggestion for euthanasia appointments would be preparation for a seamless experience for what is a heartbreaking / dreaded moment for any owner. Charlotte and Mike have been professional and kind vets and I would recommend this practice to anyone

Called up on a Sunday afternoon with concerns regarding 7 month old puppy having diarrhea and blood in stool. Had an appointment within hours and we were listened to and a follow-up appointment booked. Genuine concern from the vet that we were followed up promptly.

Thank you for taking so much time and care. You were all very thoughtful and gentle when putting my beautiful girl to sleep today. She had the most peaceful end to her 17 years x
