I loved the care my cat received at Mitcham Veterinary Surgery when he needed some teeth extracted. He was seen promptly and cared for beautifully. Staff took lots of time informing me about follow-up care and the cost seemed fair. I didn’t gasp in horror at the total as I’ve done in past experiences with other practices.

We usually go to the Streatham Hill branch because it's close to us, but we needed an earlier appointment and we've been with Mitcham Vets for over a week now treating our kitty's cystitis episode. The team has been exceptional, from reception to vets. They've followed up with any questions, concerns and requests we've had and it's been such a great experience. Thank you!

On the day appointment was given , lady that answered phone was helpful and offered to call for earlier time should any one cancel. I grew more concerned about my cat 2 hrs before my appointment and she kindly allowed me to come in an hour earlier than planned. Very helpful, understanding reassuring and calm environment and staff. Thank you
