I have been coming here for 3 years (Walthamstow Goddard) and cannot recommend the practice enough. The staff are so friendly & kind making it a welcome place for you and your furry friends. My British shorthair, as sweet as he is can have a temperament when coming to the vets and all of them are so gentle and patient. Any queries or problems they are quick to resolve. A major shoutout to Ahmed who we adore!!! He is the most bubbliest, positive & professional staff member who always makes our visit a positive one. Very attentive with making an active effort to remember all pets names and their owners. It’s always a pleasure to see him as you’ll be sure to leave with a smile. Thank you Goddard & Ahmed for making our journey to the vets that little bit less daunting. It makes the biggest difference. We appreciate you all from myself, Cairo & Mocha.

Our car, Rambo, is a new patient of this vet clinic. We went today for an initial check up and treatment and could not have been more impressed with the service. Rambo usually hates vets but was so calm around everyone there. This is an excellent, thorough and caring veterinary clinic. We feel lucky to have found them for Rambo.

We’ve been with this vet since we first got our cat, and she has had multiple visits for various checkups and dental procedures since then. The service that was given is fantastic. Both vet and nurse were patient with any questions that I might have, and they were very informative as well, especially Adam and Lisa. Receptionists were great too. Overall a very good experience here.

First trip to the vet for our rescue cat for his vaccinations. The vet was very caring and gave us lots of advice. It was easy for us to get an appointment and we were seen on time. Would recommend this practice so far!
