I just added a new house girl kitten to the family so our boy Leo is a big brother. I didn’t have the best experience at Leo’s vets on a couple of occasions, more predominantly after his castration, and it had lead him to be ridiculously nervous. To the point of salivating everywhere, his fur would be everywhere, and he was ridged! Then once home he would pant and be stressed for an hr. So when my husband and I seen the new vets and read about it, sounded like the dream place. I can confirm it absolutely more than is! The owner and vet is so thoughtful with the layout, atmosphere and appointment approach. The level of care, attention and empathy is just incredible. And every other member of the team I’ve met from vets to receptionist are so genuinely lovely passionate and interested. Once home my beautiful Scottish fold it’s so much more relaxed. I highly recommend this vets. I cannot thank you enough for being the best with our fur babies ❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you!

All the staff at Elizavet have been fantastic in looking after our bulldog Bozo. We are taking him for hydrotherapy and they are so thorough and professional and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend. Thank you.

I'm so thankful to everyone at Elizavet! We were sent to Dario after 3 weeks of worrying symptoms, where my dog was quickly diagnosed and operated on that day. I was so anxious during this and the recovery period as he was in a bad way, but Dario, Arietta and the whole team were all so lovely, knowledgeable and professional. They answered my millions of questions and concerns, and I really felt like Bowser was in the best hands. And the scars from the op look amazing and neat. My only criticism is that they are not that local to me, and now I'm going to have to travel an hour every time we need a vet because I'm not sure I can trust anyone else! Massive thanks to you all. Bowser is getting back to his bouncy and happy self. You saved my little guy's life and we are all incredibly grateful ❤️

Excellent independent vet - feel really lucky that this place opened just as we got two kittens. As a first time pet owner the staff here have been so reassuring and informative as we had them vaccinated and neutered. Transparent pricing and it's evident they have your pets best interests at heart

Dr. Dario Ambrogio is the best doctor I have ever met in all the time I've had a dog and used veterinary services. His exceptional professionalism and the kindest heart in the world are how I would describe this doctor in two words. He answered absolutely all of my 10000001 questions about my dog, covering different topics, even those unrelated to the original problem we came in with. He reassured me and explained in the smallest details what to do. A huge thank you for your professionalism and your huge, kind heart ♥️
