My dog is a patient at the Ealing branch, but on a couple of occasions we've been referred to the Chiswick one instead and on both situations we've come away feeling extremely grateful. The the vets, surgeons, nurses and receptionists at this practice are truly knowledgeable and extremely kind and patient. From making you a lovely cup of tea to explaining costs in great details, nothing is ever too much for them. We've very lucky to be local to them.

It’s great to have such an amazing vet practice so close to home. Rania, the vet is amazing with Tia, my 20 year old cat! She is always so pleased to see her and is extra gentle when handling her😻 All the staff are great and I would not go anywhere else! 🐈‍⬛😻

Without a doubt, the best vet clinic we have ever visited. After bringing our bloodhound in as an emergency, they cleared their schedule, performed a life saving emergency procedure and have supported us through his recovery. Without the vets and technicians at this clinic, our best friend wouldn't be with us today, we are truly grateful to everyone involved. I can’t recommend Village Vet in Chiswick enough! My dog, Cookie, has always been exceptionally well cared for by the entire team. After having some truly awful experiences with other clinics in the past, finding Village Vet has been a blessing. From the friendly reception staff to the dedicated nurses, and especially the amazing Rania, I have complete trust in their love and care for my furry baby. Even after moving away from Chiswick, I continue to bring Cookie back for any issues, no matter how “minor” I might think they are. Don’t be swayed by some of the fancier clinics that seem more focused on your wallet than on genuine care. Village Pet truly stands out for their compassion and commitment to your pet’s well-being. They looked after my baby boy wonderfully, he has never been away for me in his whole 4 Years and they loved and cared for him all day. Thank you so much to all of the staff, i was so Anxious to Leave him, but they were all amazing. He came home had a good sleep and woke up the next morning his usual lively self 💕

The level of care and attention at Village Vet Brackenbury was outstanding. From the very beginning, the process for my dog to be neutered was easy and extremely efficient. I was very worried about it all and how my dog would react to the procedure. All the staff involved did everything they could to accommodate him to ensure he was comfortable, which I really appreciated. We got a call before to make sure everything was OK and we had followed the instructions given before the procedure, which, again, shows the level of care and attention. On the day of the procedure, they made us feel safe and really went out of their way to make sure we understood clearly what was happening. The procedure was performed magnificently, and my dog, because of the staff at Village Pet, is making a speedy recovery with no complications. The after care has been great, and I could not be happier about everything. They operate with a level of care and efficiency which is ideal for anyone with a busy work schedule but a pet that needs treating. I'd like to thank Kelly and Dr. Lucija for thier treatment of my dog and the receptionist who helped with some paperwork afterwards. Absolutely brilliant experience with the lovely people at Wolfe. My little baby (miniature Schnauzer) Have been sick with blood present in it, I rushed her to Wolfe And they were incredibly reassuring, knowledgeable, professional and they made me feel much more relaxed about the situation. My dog was with them for two days and they took great care of her. Doctor Alonso What’s the person We spoke with the most. He was absolutely lovely. My dog has been recovering well all thanks to the lovely people here. It is a very impressive vet hospital, they have great communication from the moment you get there and they want nothing other than the best for your pet.

Very happy to recommend Wolfe vets to anyone. Our dog suffers from an immune disorder so we are unfortunately needing more visits to the vets than average! Despite seemingly high staff turnover, the level of care has remained consistently very high and I never have to worry about booking with a certain vet as they keep meticulous records and make sure they are up to date before you even walk in to an appointment. Owning a dog made of paper can be really stressful but if I have to leave him for surgery or an overnight stay I always leave knowing he’s in the best hands possible.

These guys saved me when my regular vet got very Shifty. They are great with rabbits and always a pleasure to deal with, i never feel like I'm being pressured into spending more money or having expensive tests done, it all feels genuinely in the interest of the animals. Would 150% recommend

Churchill and I saw Matthew this morning he took the time to answer my questions listened to me and then gave clear answers. No hard sell just care and you could clearly see he knew what he was doing. Thank you we will see you next year for our pre winter check 🐢

Can't recommend enough. My rabbit had an abscess and needed surgery, unfortunately, they couldn't remove it all and a month later her leg needed to be amputated. As my rabbit was feisty I couldn't do the post-surgery care by myself and they boarded her and took amazing care of her and let her husbun stay with her for emotional support for free. I am devastated that I moved out and need to change vets as I doubt I will find someone as gentle and professional for my fur babies.

Bearded Dragon Sif - who is one of my Creature Companions at only 3+ years in age, did very much die of exhaustion from drowning recently, I did all that I could in reviving her to a conscience state and felt very sad that she was dying... I called CJ Hall Vets team - they were the only hope that Sif had for any immediate examination, and I will always appreciate to that end the endeavours that each and every one of them put effort into, to ensuring that not only did the Human Companion grow happy with the outstanding professional medical services delivered - BUT that the Creature Companion was put first, and I trust CJ Hall Vets for this very said reason. The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. From the moment I walked through the entrance warmth, kindness and empathy was shown to my kitten Archie and me. Their expert knowledge and calm assurance gave me full confidence that Archie was in the best possible hands. After examination and x-rays I was given a full explanation as to the cause and the impacts of his condition. We were able to discuss both the short and long term prognosis and then what course of action would be best given his young age. After he was admitted for surgery I left feeling confident and re-assured that he was in the best hands. I received regular phone calls with progress updates, immediately after surgery and then regularly until I picked him up to take him home, giving me the reassurance I needed that he was progressing well. Kikki is wonderful, a knowledgeable specialist who genuinely cares about her patients. She explains everything in a calm, clear way with great patience. I would not hesitate to recommend London Vet Specialists to anyone who has a pet in need of their expertise.

The veterinary surgeon took the time to thoroughly understand my cat’s condition and was extremely helpful. I’m very satisfied with how both the doctors and nurses managed the situation. I highly recommend this specialist to anyone who needs to take their cat or dog to a specialist. 🐾☺️

Wonderful experience throughout! My dog Bella was referred to the clinic by our vets. She’s very anxious so I was quite stressed about the appointment. The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind from the receptionist to the consultant. We saw Dr João Loureiro who is simply wonderful. He clearly explained Bella’s diagnosis and all the necessary steps to manage her condition. He treated Bella with patience and kindness. I’m so so grateful and happy about the experience. Thank you!

Today one of the hardest things happened. I lost my darling guinea pig and best friend Thumbelina due to a fast acting gastrointestinal issue. The staff here at this vet were so helpful and so kind to both me and my baby whilst she was going through this. The treatment and care here was beyond phenomenal and I couldn’t recommend this vet enough. The photo shows Thumbelina in her prime to remember her as she was before the illness. Thank you to the incredible team that helped us both today 🤍🤍

Almost a month ago, our 16 years old cat Nala, who is our greatest love, was dying at the end stage of pancreatitis. My husband and I called Veteris to give her an injection as she was screaming in pain. The vets who came visited her and told us she was in critical conditions but that we could try to do 1 night in intensive care and see what happened. If we did not do anything she would have died anyway by morning, injection or not. Obviously having one little hope we sent her to the hospital with them and after 3 days of intensive care, our Nala started her recovery which was miraculous! She is now doing great and my husband and I are counting every day the extra day that these incredible people have given us with our little love. The care and professionality that I have seen in that place was outstanding and it was the best spent money of my life. From the person answering the phone who was sweet and empathetic to the amazing Emeline that was so great in suggesting us what to do at such difficult moment, to the wonderful team at the hospital Vanessa above all. Thank you thank you! What you have done meant the world to us and this will be indeed a very merry Christmas.

Salvo had a deep cut requiring urgent stitching . Veteris sent Ines one of their vets to my flat within 1 hour of phoning . She was really brilliant , caring , patient, meticulous and very professional. Everything was explained very clearly including the risks of the anaesthetic and the surgery . She gave him an anaesthetic and stitched the wound in my flat which took 2.5 hours in total . Everyone has been very helpful and attentive and I would recommend them highly .

Thank you so so much for looking after our Ruby girl in her final hours … having the amazing vet come to care for her at home was truly appreciated and gave Ruby the comfort she needed … nothing was a problem for the vet and she had so much care .. time and compassion in what was a very sad time … the service we received and the care was outstandingly amazing. Even down to the aftercare of Ruby being taken to be cremated was done with so much ease and thoughtfulness and nothing was a problem for our great vet ! .I really and truly can’t thank you enough for all the help you gave Ruby and the care you gave to us as a family .

Wonderful vet full of helpful staff and top tier vets. We especially love to book appointments with Dr Levy, he explains everything to us in such care and detail. Plus our dog loves him!

I cannot be grateful enough to the Team in this Clinic. They saved Rexy’s life at least twice. Rexy loves coming here! She is always dragging me to enter the Clinic. Especially when she is feeling a bit unwell. And always if close by. Obviously, she regards it as a good place to be in! And of course, it is amazing that it is open 24hrs! Thank you!

We had an emergency visit on Sunday to the Medivet office on the Gloucester Road. Sarah and Tom did a great job helping our Frenchie Hugo, who injured his neck. He was quickly examined and prescribed pain and inflammation medicine. Fingers crossed he is on the mend. A big thank you to Medivet Kensington and to Sarah and Tom.
