We have been so pleased with the service we have got from Village Vet over the last year. The staff at our local branch (Ealing) are all extremely friendly and helpful, and know our cats by name. When they are busy we are able to visit the other branch in Chiswick which is really helpful. We also had to take our cat to the emergency branch recently and were equally impressed with the service there. Would highly recommend.

My dog has been given the best care for almost 15 years. She has had a pretty rare illness for the past 5 years which requires regular trips, her current vet Jordan is AMAZING and I can’t thank him enough for his ongoing support and care. Special thanks to Rachel on the reception she is kind and caring and couldn’t be a nicer person to do this job. Ita has been fantastic and a lovely face to see for (possibly the whole time my dogs been there). Another thanks to all the other team (Leah on reception and all the nurses) you don’t understand how appreciated you all are to an emotional dog mum! What a truly special team of people!

After being a part of two other vet practices—one mainstream and one independent—I can confidently say that Village Vet stands head and shoulders above the rest. The veterinarians here are not only highly skilled but also take the time to engage in genuine, personable conversations, making every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. The receptionists are always warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The level of customer service and care at Village Vet is unmatched. I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else!

The absolute best vets. They are all so patient and kind with my very scared dog. They really take the time to make her comfortable. She is getting braver each visit because of their approach. If I could give 10 stars I would!

We recently needed to see the vet as an emergency when our cat was involved in a fight. The receptionist was extremely helpful and the vet fitted us in before afternoon consultations. The surgery followed this up with a telephone call the next day. Excellent service.

The Paws In The City is an excellent, open-minded team which has provided exceptional service! I can’t thank enough the entire team starting from warmly welcoming us to the outstanding service from Caitlin and Amy. Caitlin has been highly informative and gentle to Bruno, and Amy has gone above and beyond to help and make him feel at home. They both have been highly knowledgeable, and their care and kindness have been outstanding not only to Bruno but to me. I am truly grateful for all the care you provided to Bruno. Thank you all. ♥️

The vets and the reception staff are a treat to talk to and explain things very well, especially as im a new cat owner. Even got some free renal food after Miss Amy's dental procedure! Going to the vet is rarely a fun or relaxing experience. Paws in the City made this stressful situation so much easier. Super friendly staff at reception. A really clean and calm space for pets and then Dr Vet Ellie was so wonderful with our cat. She gave great advice and treated our cat with a lot of respect and love. 100% recommended vetinary clinic in Ealing. Thank you! Although not sure our cat is so thrilled about her cone head!

Great team with that friendly and approachable attitude. We are good we registered both our little kittens with them. They've never made it kittens feel apprehensive about being at the 'vets' and so far addressed all minor and one slightly major issue (injured paw) with fair ease. Highly recommend for all pet owners.

Rating: 4.3 (224) Price Level:

Been a client for many years, my small animals get the best care from them from the start until they pass. I lost my little Persian rescue recently and they gave her amazing palliative care, and allowed me to give her the best send off with her loved ones and her dogs around her. Nothing is ever too much trouble from the reception staff, to the vet nurses, to the vets, they work together and make your pets feel special.

Young Veterinary Partnership Ealing is by far the very best veterinary practice in West London. We love them and even though we've now moved to Nice, France, we'll always visit them on our return to the UK. They're part of our extended family and have looked after our Schnauzers Hugo and now Lola and Lex, for over 15 years with outstanding care. We can't recommend them highly enough - on every level. A truly outstanding team!

Absolutely awesome care providers who are kind and compassionate and communicate effectively...even though our cat, who was recently in a scrape, wasn’t even registered with them yet, they patiently provided excellent customer service and beneficial insight remotely through emails and phone calls, even during an understaffed pandemic...I wish they could train other surgeries, especially the one we pay multiple maintenance and insurance packages through, yet don’t seem to be bothered much...kudos Young Vets, keep up the great work!

I had to put my beloved cat Bella down on Sunday morning, the staff at Young Veterinary clinic could not have been kinder or more supportive. The vet in charge was exceptionally gentle and empathetic.

I had an amazing experience at Goddard Vet Practice when I brought in my kitten for a check-up with Dr. Andria. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Dr. Andria was thorough, gentle, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure my kitten was comfortable and put my mind at ease with his expert care. I left feeling confident that my kitten was in great hands. I highly recommend Goddard and Dr. Andria for anyone looking for compassionate and top-quality veterinary care.
