Excellent Mediterranean restaurant with homemade pita bread. Outstanding fresh food. Very inexpensive near Paddington station. The calamari was delicious as well as the lamb shish.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our family feel right at home. This restaurant is a hidden gem. Owned by a gentleman and his cousin, they really make their guests feel welcomed and appreciated. We ordered the chicken and lamb shish along with a side of mixed greens and the flavours blew us away. The lamb was probably the best lamb I've ever tasted, so juicy and tender, and every bite of the chicken left your taste buds craving for more. The atmosphere of the restaurant was chic home-style and the staff was ever so helpful. Would certainly recommend!
I stopped by Hayat Cafe for breakfast, I had eggs Benedict with cappuccino and it was a delightful experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the service was impressively quick, and the food was delicious. The cozy ambiance, complete with background music, added to the overall charm. It’s also great to know they serve halal options!
