Excellent service from start to finish. We called with our front door deadlock not working. Julian attended us promptly on time and managed to find a workaround to opening it. He could have easily recommended that we needed to change the lock, but gave an honest assessment, provided a fix and also was willing to come back to replace it if it failed again.

Easy to book, Murray arrived on time and was very pleasant. Job completed quickly, and good value for money. Definitely recommend.
