Called Thames Locksmiths and spoke to Neil. I had a problem with my backdoor lock and Neil said he could come out immediately but as it was a simple problem, he talked me through the resolution on the phone to avoid the call out fee. It was an excellent and honest decision and I highly recommend Neil' services.
