Thanks to a very professional team at Dennis locksmith I feel secure at last. Having waited 7 weeks for a double glazing company to fix the door lock I rang Dennis locks in complete despair. They swung into action and got it fixed at speed at a very reasonable price. I have found them to be incredibly caring and efficient team of safe hands. Thanks to all concerned.

I can't thank Matt from Dennis Security Centre enough. Whilst at the British GP, in the middle of the night during the worst storm in living memory, he came out of his dwelling with a flashlight to lend a hand. The poor man had to see me in my pants fighting with an awning acting like a sail that was trying to blow 2 people across a large field. He bravely wrestled the awning back into its cover - the only casualty being a lady (who can't be named here to keep her dignity) getting the equivalent of 5 buckets of water dumped on her head at once. WHAT A LEGEND.

This was a job I didn’t realise could even be done. We had to fit a three point lock to a hardwood bifold door which had been incorrectly manufactured without a lock or handle. Matt precisely and neatly (literally, less than 1mm tolerance) routed out the side of the door to fit. Pretty amazing since this is a “one shot” jib and any errors mean a new door. Looks like it was done in a factory and works great. Would totally recommend. Great service in a fairly stressful situation.

Really helpful and knowledgable people! They recognised my lock right away and gave me a few options of varying prices to sort the issue (it was a rare one from the 1970s!) Within ten minutes I had a the same lock with shiny new parts and keys. Hopefully it’ll be good for another 50 years!
