I contacted Chris as my lock was broken and the key was sticking. He was very friendly on the call and agreed to a visit quickly. Chris is very knowledgeable and explained exactly what the issues were and was able to fix them. I would highly recommend Chris.

Recently moved into new house, and had booked Chris to come and swap out the locks. Chris was in touch before hand on email so we could plan and schedule work to do. He arrived promptly and immediately got on with things. Not only did Chris change the locks but re-aligned several doors, and advised us on general door/lock related issues. Chris was really good local Tradesman. Booking him to come back and sort out some window latches. Fantastic service. Price was as agreed, no surprises.

I contacted Chris Sharp this morning and whilst he was unable to assist with a multi-lock issue he put himself out to help. I was so impressed by his knowledge and his determination. Jarek was kind enough to squeeze me in early in the morning before his working day had begun and what should be a quick job turned out to be more challenging and took over half an hour as my car (Nissan Note 2006 model) was not responding to my original key fob which had been compromised and giving me countless issues. Needless to say Jarek patiently cut keys and found a solution and recoded new fobs and I drove away elated as I could finally lock and unlock my car. Many thanks for your expertise and professionalism.

What an amazing service. We were given an appointment on the same day, late on a Saturday. New key programmed and cut, tried and tested within a short space of time. Always good to support a local business and this is one I would definitely recommend. Everything was explained and the service couldn’t have been any better. We lost one of the keys for our Audi Q3 and needed a replacement. Jaroslaw provided a great service for a good price. He came the next day at the agreed time, cut the key part for the ignition and then programmed both keys back into the car's computer. He worked efficiently and answered all my questions patiently. At the end I tested the key and it performed all the functions just like the original one. Very happy and highly recommend his services.

I was quoted £410 to replace a faulty front door lock by another independent local company, so I phoned JCM and the guy on the phone got me to email pictures of the problem, he then phoned me back no more than 2 minutes after I'd sent the pictures and asked me to double check some of the locks functions, I did this over the phone and he then said he thinks the mechanism has marginally moved and if I take a particular part of the door lock off the door frame and pack 1mm - 2mm of cardboard or a spacer in the gap then it should fix the problem. The next day I did exactly that and yes it fixed the problem saving me over £400. This sort of customer service is unusual these days and hopefully this review will help others make a decision on which company to use. Highly recommended.
