Very helpful today. I had issues with my locking system in my composite door. Took the whole unit to the shop this morning. They young guy stripped it all down and reassembled it's correctly. Now working correctly and smoothly again. Great job.

Southern Lock & Safe were quick to our rescue when our UPVC back door wouldn't lock - posing us a massive security risk. Due to the replacement part not being readily available - they fixed a temporary lock and came back a few days later to finish the job off properly. Now the door is good as new and opens & closes with ease. Clive & the team were very polite & friendly and kept us up to speed throughout - even coming out on a weekend.

They managed to help me with 2 car keys. To open them and replace batteries. 3 other places had tried and not been successful. It was very much appreciated!!!! So helpful and very polite. Highly recommended. :)

Fantastic company would not hesitate to recommend. Quickly came out and changed the locks on my composite door. Really friendly staff at a reasonable price ! Staff were very knowledgable. I popped in to the shop and had some extra keys cut at a good price no issues.
