The parts we needed were ordered and the door lock was changed in no time at all. Thanks team for a professional and friendly service at a good price!

Julian responded very promptly to our enquiry. He arrived punctually and sorted out our sticking front door and fitted a secure new lock as requested. We also asked him to check out some French windows which had been difficult to shut and, to his credit, explained that the problem had resolved itself and that they didn't need repairing.The bill was reasonable and we are satisfied customers.
