Chris. Changed 3 of our locks to more secure locks. He was good at explaining type of locks and which would be best for us. Good communication. Very friendly guy left everything clean and tidy. Reasonable price.

Chris was the 1st to respond to our request and was able to come as soon as we could fit it in. He was very efficient and ensured all things were tried, starting from the easiest fix first. Our front door turned out to be more problematic as was caused by multiple issues. However, he persevered to resolve it for us so a new door was avoided which we were really grateful for. His work only lasted 1full hour and the total cost also inlcuded the cost of a new barrel and keys. We were more than happy + have his number saved. Thank you Chris.
