I have had two brilliant experiences with this business. Once when we were victims of a burglary and they came quickly to fix our door and add a new lock. Amazing and so understanding and also very reassuring after what was such a scary experience. Secondly, Rob just helped me over the phone- for free- to fix my window which wasn’t closing. I am always grateful for their genuine care and personable treatment. I’ve lived here for 12 years and I’ll always use these guys for all issues that may arise. Thank you Rob and the rest of you! Super friendly and helpful service! Our front door key snapped off in the lock, which I took into the shop. Explained that our house was basically unprotected while I had the lock with me and was attended to very fast!

I could not be happier with the service from G K Locksmiths, they are easily the best company I have dealt with while renovating my house, if I could award more than 5 stars I would and so I wanted to write them a detailed review! Quote: I spoke to 3 locksmith companies in total, G K Locksmiths quote came in the cheapest, and unprompted they provided the British Standard regulatory numbers to which their locks comply. On top of this, I was getting a thumb-turn installed and had initially planned to have it on the bottom lock of my two lock door, G K locksmiths rang up and explained it would be cheaper to install the thumb-turn on the upper lock as it means I could keep my brass handles and plates on the bottom lock, this saved me nearly £100 despite that being a loss in profit for them! Installation: When it came to installation G K Locksmiths were able to come to my house first-thing at 8.30 am so I could fit in the appointment before going to work and not have to take any time off. Rob, who installed my locks was a really nice, knowledgable, friendly bloke. The lock installation was top quality and Rob even advised me on where to get an extra set of keys cut closer to my house than G K Locksmiths office. As an example of the quality of work Rob provided, even though we were reusing my plates and handles on the bottom lock, he still took them off and straightened them so that they are more aesthitacly pleasing. Finally, I work in green-materials and recycling and when I got chatting to Rob about this he told me that G K Locksmiths recycle all their scrap metal and brass, along with the cardboard and plastic the locks come in which is great to hear! Overall: Great Service, great people, great value for money. Couldnt be happier

I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. I won't hesitate to call them next time I need a lock changed.

Had a very positive experience with G K - clear outline of what options I had and pricing when talking with the team. On the day, Craig arrived right on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and was polite and friendly to myself and even my neighbours! Would highly recommend for any home security jobs.
