Called early in the morning as snapped a key in the door. Harry answered the call and came to site within an hour, he removed the key and replaced lock as I had no spare key. Also good to support a local business.

Colin was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He fitted us in promptly for an assessment and then for the actual work, which was done swiftly and with a minimum of fuss. We needed a general overhaul of our home security and he gave us great advice; we were also considering window bars as we live in a basement flat, but were not keen on the idea of feeling like we were in prison so wanted to make it as attractive a feature as possible. Colin took from designs we liked and from the general look of our place and came up with an original design that we like so much we kind of prefer it to no bars! Definitely not something I'd ever thought I'd be saying. Great company, highly recommend.

Was recommended to Chiswick Security for changing a sticking Yale lock. This was done quickly and efficiently and the locksmith gave us very helpful advice on other issues. We then commissioned Harry to remodel our letterbox - again done promptly and well, and when a slight glitch was discovered remedial action was taken very swiftly. Cannot commend too highly.

Harry came and helped me yesterday with a problem lock. He adapted the lock to work and advised me how to resolve the issue with a carpenter and charged me less than his call out fee. I thought he was great, really honest and helpful, highly recommended

Harry did a brilliant job at fixing my emergency lock issue for my balcony door. He quoted a fixed price after asking for a video and arrived 35mins later. He explained what he was doing clearly, fixed the problem and them spent some time trying to help resolve other small problems. Very polite, and he also cleaned up after himself. Great service all round. Would highly recommend if you are feeling reluctant to call out an emergency locksmith
