Did a really professional job with our wonky front door lock and two double glazing door locks. Easy to book them in within a few days and came on time. Fair price as well, so happy to recommend.

I run a handyman business, and Guildford Lock & Safe are always, always, my first port of call. They've almost always got a perfect replacement for whatever random old defunct lock I bring in, and they're great at mending things when they can. Roger is incredibly patient, and generous with his time and advice. Also, from a homeowner perspective: I had two successive sets of front door keys cut by Timpsons (Roger, forgive me) and both sets failed within a few months. One of them snapped off in the lock. After that, I had my keys cut at Guildford Lock & Safe, and the difference in quality is tangible. The first set from them is still going strong, and cost less than Timpsons! We're very lucky to have a local business like this with such experienced and capable staff. Keep up the good work!

Great experience. Front door lock had given up, and I was locked out. Mark was fortunately nearby (I contacted Murray through WhatsApp not expecting such a speedy emergency response), entry gained without damage and lock replaced in half an hour - 45 mins from first getting in contact (especially appreciated as I’d been let down by, and had given up on, an insurance-arranged repair from another firm). Great care, no clean-up needed or damage. Really good value too. Would absolutely recommend and will certainly as for their help again.

Julian responded very promptly to our enquiry. He arrived punctually and sorted out our sticking front door and fitted a secure new lock as requested. We also asked him to check out some French windows which had been difficult to shut and, to his credit, explained that the problem had resolved itself and that they didn't need repairing.The bill was reasonable and we are satisfied customers.

Chris was the 1st to respond to our request and was able to come as soon as we could fit it in. He was very efficient and ensured all things were tried, starting from the easiest fix first. Our front door turned out to be more problematic as was caused by multiple issues. However, he persevered to resolve it for us so a new door was avoided which we were really grateful for. We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. We were very pleased and impressed with the emergency service provided by Rockhopper Locks. Phil arrived exactly when we needed him and was professional, courteous, efficient and he resolved our problem very quickly and effectively.

Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.
